It's like an Action Movie all the time, even more so with the Panau Civil war lite mod. With the mod the gangs drive around APC's and helicopters, and there's firefights constantly. That plus all civilians drive much faster, and spawn in rarer cars like RV's. Its awesome seeing an RV clear a Military roadblock.
