Watching the replay, I realized it was an undetonated mine. |

I've watched all of Nova's Happy Wheels videos (Took days...) as well as other videos of it, and there have been several seemingly unprovoked deaths in these. It likely has to do with the physics glitching, in some cases maybe the skeleton hinge gets stuck. Basically, you can randomly die, but it's pretty rare. |
