Is there a way I can train or something to level up?
Go explore town, and talk to people.

You notice an old ranger, sitting on a park bench. As he mumbles to himself, you think perhaps he can teach you a few tricks.

Approach him respectfully

"You seem like a nice little archer for a blackie. Tell me son, hwaddya want, I can only teach so much with my old bones.

I'd love to learn anything from you, my wise elder.

"Hwell, blackie, tryta hit this apple. However only hit it with enough force so it doesn't fall."
The old man then places 2 apples on the park bench, for targeting.

Fire a slow moving, piercing shot.

Fire a slow moving, piercing shot.
*20 + 5 = 25*
Despite your careful, and nimble arrow being slow enough, the apple still falls over.
"Here blackie, lemme show you.". The man then concentrates for a minute. After the span of a minute, He loads 2 arrows, faster than you or any of your other companions, and fires both in the air. The first one drops faster than the second one, and pierces the apple.  As it was about to fall down, the second arrow countered this force by dropping, ricocheting off the ground, and hitting the back side of the apple. "Wanna learn how I do that, Blackie?"

I do this.
As you walk joyfully down the square, you see a sly looking fellow who is leaning by the town's shop.

Omg I must learn this trick from this tribal old man. Then I can hit enemies in the back if they are heavily protected in the front but not the back :)

"Now boy, this technique be called 'The Lawtoune' Few people have heard it, fewer people have seen it, and none have learned this. However, Blackie, Imma teach you this because what the hell. Are you up for the training?"

I lean on the wall next to him and spark up conversation.
