What he's saying is these are the stereotypical anime furry stuff you see every day on weird imageboards.

Insult, then? I mean crap, everyone at my school loves them, including in art programs, but I come on here and everyone bashes me for them... :/

I mean some of these are pretty much concept art for my story

You will be praised in Real life more than you will on the internet. People are more critical here.

You may also want to try a good art forum with strict rules in place about Constructive Criticism.

I say there's fairly intelligent enough users here to criticize maturely.

I guess I'll have to try somewhere else, I mean the majority of comments here aren't really helping or positive, other than one or two...

Yeah but, in general, they don't.

Creativity is very slow, IME, most topics get maybe two good comments.

positive

Real criticism is not positive, it's cold, hard truth with no holds barred.
Artists who throw temper tantrums when they get this real criticism have no right to be artists, so you might want to get used to receiving it

As I believe I said before, my main issues with these are the stiff limbs, awkward poses, iffy perspective, and strange faces.
EDIT: also outlines and proportions. A good piece of art cannot have a person with strangely convex arms, overextended shoulders, and a tiny torso.

I guess I'll have to, but people could at least add something that could help me improve.

I see some of that now... hmm... I mean I'm not exactly a master artist, but I wouldn't mind getting there someday.

Also, just added 3 more photos, 1 in Pokemon, and 2 in Delta.

added new pic in Misc (I mean if it even matters, that is)

I cannot take them seriously because of the ridiculous "cat" additions.

But I do agree that most of them look like they have very few joints. The eyes detract too much attention from the "American" style of figures.

1. Not "cat", Astari. Big difference when referencing my story.
2. It's supposed to be partly/mostly anime styled, but I'm working on mixing it with more realistic terms.

High standards bro
yeah, I see that now

It's still a common thing to slap animal/cat ears on an anime figure and call it a special species called Astari.
