Can't connect to my dedicated server.

So i've been hosting a Dedicated CityRPG for the past couple weeks, and now all of a sudden, nobody (Including me) can connect to my server. I get the the message "Connecting to 74.70.45.228:28100", and it just stays like that until I press cancel. Does anybody have any idea what's going on?

Do you have your ports forwarded or are you using UPnP?

I tried both already. It's been working fine for the past week too.

Do either one or the other. Also, restart your server and make sure that the port ingame is set to 28000 not 28100.

clearly titles "common problems: unjoinable server"
it has a variety of things to acknowledge and solutions
try checking it out
