Well, as I recall, the block is on the order of a couple of seconds, which is enough to take the incredible strain of 100ms avatar updates off the server. I'm not sure, but I also think Blockland automatically kicks you if you spam avatar updates during the block - sort've like trust invites. Don't quote me on that, though. |

What I recall is that you cannot change your avatar until you rejoin. |
