I don't really see a problem. It's one plate lower than a 16x cube, which would make it to where water doesn't go over the brick you are building on. |

I say 15x is perfect, leaves just enough room for the brick and water to not asfsa on the top face. |

I chose this height to allow room for ships to extend under the surface and I felt that was sufficient. Cube bricks did not exist in that time. and actually most of my builds I elevate to 3 5tall blocks so it worked for my purposes as well. Given the recent shaders day/night video I have reason to believe the nature of slate will change as well, such that any maps made will be obsolete for that as well. Thus rendering mappers to people who figure out good atmospheric combinations and sky boxes for epic builds. Also making bricks and stuff but I dunno what other people are planning, but I have my own things in the works. |
