That actaully does exist, http://www.thegamecreators.com/?m=view_product&id=2126. The 3D Gamemaker allows you to make a really simple game with only a few clicks of the mouse. And it only costs $33.
Edit: Here is a new one that is exactly like the 3D Gamemaker but better! http://www.thegamecreators.com/?m=view_product&id=2312 But it costs $49 though.
