I wasn't using him the whole time to get the pots, but for a little bit, I had a necromancer that got some of the pots. I am not worrying about buying better gear for him because I am good enough to dodge the majority of the enemy's projectiles. Thank you

Rolling a knight with 700+ hp with 200+ mana is going to be a bitch.
