I would suggest that this pack be divided into several smaller packs. Like a specific pack for the US, Germany, Russia, UK, Italy, Japan and maybe an other or something.

it was used in the first World war. But It was used in the early stages of the war and was more of a “hand me down” to other countries. So the main axis powers would not have used it.

Well, you could release parts of the pack. Like 5 or 7 at a time. Or by weapon type or country it was used by.
