Aces the concept of an obituary is to alert relatives and friends of someones death. They are usually placed in a newspaper or such, more or less so online now-a-days, so that people will see it and find out about their death. Sure calling people is splendid, but Im not going to know every friend or relative of the person that died so its much easier to just check the obituaries. |
