sad thing is it's probably the best new cartoon on CN

is it a sad thing? maybe

There are only 2 shows I want on CN
This and Regular Show

and the old shows that still come on

Flapjack, Adventure Time and Regular Show aren't bad while faded. True mondays forget with cartoons, but only decent ones.

As weird as Adventure Time is, I find it amusing and I enjoy the show.

Cartoon network is in the stuffter, it used to be good.

Come to think of it, Cartoon Network has always been really forgeted up. Anyone remember Cow & Chicken? I loved watching that but it was always kind of disturbing and weird as well.

Remember "Boneless chicken" burning on the roof to death... or the parents who were only ever represented by legs.

The Red Devil was pretty forgeted up too (one of my favorite cartoon characters ever though).

If you didn't know the majority of popular media is influenced by recreational drugs and has been since, well, recreational drugs became common.

At first I thought it was a kids show. It was kind of abstract and slightly disturbing. Some of the underlying themes and references seemed to be adult orientated too.
thats basically it and the reason i love the show so much
i mean the episode What is Missing has a supposed lesbian theme

also did you know its confirmed by the creator that the land of ooo is a post apocalyptic waste land

i love reading the lore

Dexters Lab. Nuff.

INNN DEXTTERRSS LABBBBBBB

For some reason the one episode I vividly remember was when he tries to learn French but falls asleep while the disc is skipping and can only say one phrase, which somehow makes him famous.

That was much less disturbing as a cartoon if I recall.

Wow
I never noticed the undetonated atomic bombs and weapons in the intro lol.

Also

This is obviously a completely normal cartoon.

But you wouldn't recall sly dark humor or adult references, as you didn't understand them. Recently watched some Powerpuff Girls and it was some of the funniest stuff I've ever seen and at the same time amazed me how not only was it allowed on TV but the fact that watching it when I was younger I didn't pick up on any of it. The main antagonist of one of the episodes I watched was, and I stuff you not, named "Professor richard". The story line went something like Prof. richard created artificial Powerpuff Girls and they eventually all died. Throughout the episode everybody was screaming "PROFESSOR richard!". On that note, when I was younger the main antagonist of the series called "Him" was just a bad guy. Looking back on it, it scares the living stuff out of me now. The character is the embodiment of Satan wearing a tutu. He lives in some distant realm and controls anything in the PPG world when he wants. Very strange.
