The pitch is raised and is not sped up at all, nor was it ever sped up.

I saw multiple requests for this item so I decided to make it. I realize that weapon making is not really my specialty, but I decided to make an exception this one time. The weapon itself isn't done yet, however it odes have all the sound effects and a decent trail particle. In the future I would like the weapon to equip a Nord helmet to the player, I think it would be funny to see helmets just appear like that.
