Cyber bullying-even over blockland

This is like saying Lego isn't aimed at children. You're being stupid, and anyone saying this makes me want to strangle them.
Unfortunately, there's no way the chat can be filtered to an extreme unless you can come up with all variants of said bad words (which can be censored out-of-context if it's done wrong,) and since it's probably not going to happen, it's the server admin's job to deal with them, if they tell you to deal with the insulter, then leave the server. Simple.
