It's actually Ephiatles's with a "S" after the ' mark, because of the fact that if it's ownership of a name with the S at the end of it, it becomes "Ephilates's", however, if it was a group called "Ephialtles'" it would have that mark after the S without a S following it.
Really common spelling mistake but hey, now you know.

I thought it was done like that because having s's would look weird so it's s' instead with things that end with an s
