so you're saying the fact he had the power justified his actions?
well then, i'll go buy a gun and kill someone because i guess it's okay that i had the power and privilege of owning a gun. it's not my fault, but the gun sellers fault!

It allows SA's to gain access to console commands and whatnot.

Eval is a different way to type in the console in-chat for the host and SAs, that they host the server, giving them to type console commands on not typing on the server console.
