Exactly why its stuff, i even said this before like 5 times wtf.
It's not like theres much of a way to fix that.

I kind of thought it worked like General's where it actually cut off somehow, but yeah that is a terrible alternative.

It's a giant white cylinder that goes through bricks and doesn't even light things up.
