Hosting Problems- Dead (Has images)

How are you checking dead-ness?

Leaving game and checking will have it always dead - you aren't hosting any more.

F10 and checking still makes it appear dead, although not to others.

Try a different PC and see whether it appears as dead when checking internet servers. (Not LAN)

I know my ISP allows hosting because I've done it in many games on the PC and the xbox 360. I am checking the deadness by using another instance of blockland, or using a dedicated sever and checking it in Blockland.
