Obviously, jasa got banned for crashing a server, why wouldn't he

No one needs personal experience, it's obvious that you should do it.

You can take a look at Jasa for an example, not only that Jasa crashed the server, he also destroyed the data saving system of raven's cityrpg, which caused raven to lose everything.

No I mean that Badspot will happily ban you for showing off that you did bad stuff.
Even if it isn't crashing an entire server.
