Build on Baseplate mod?

Does anyone have the mod where it requires you to build on a baseplate? I tried looking for it but I could not find it....I also dont have the time to look for it.

That wasn't exactly what I was looking for, it is but I wanted it to be any baseplate, just as long as its a baseplate.
Like the one where you need to put a baseplate first and then u can put other bricks on it.
