I did. Vimeo said it was private.
Vimeo was being a richard, that's why I couldn't watch it earlier.

Good editing job, and nicely done with coordinating the players. Barnabas has a really nice build there too.

I didn't really understand it though. It was them meeting up, then a long battle scene, a brief switch to running through a city street, and then a snippet of a gallery topic where someone got banned. Even more confusing why there is a behind the scenes clip of some guy with a spray can.

What does it mean? Was it just suppose to be them having fun in-game together? It just seemed like a very underwhelming range of scenes, that I believe won't appeal to existing Blockland players, and are neither fresh or exciting enough to peak the curiosity of non-players.

The music choice was unfortunate. I'm not sure if I find it appropriate (I might change my mind when I understand the story a little better) but its a shame you picked a song that blocks the video for a huge demographic of Blockland.  :cookieMonster:

This video isn't bad. It represents a large portion of other Blockland videos out there though. Ones that are nicely edited and well made by players, but that don't clearly have a defining plot or purpose.

Its not a movie so it has no plot. Its just clips of a newb playing the game and then getting banned.

Notice that in the battle, the noob team fought against the troll team. And the noob defeated the troll.

Its not a movie so it has no plot. Its just clips of a newb playing the game and then getting banned.

It doesn't matter if its 5 minutes long or 20, every video should has a plot or its just meaningless clips.

I didnt say anything about how long the video was, I just said it wasnt supposed to a movie. In fact I even said in that post you quoted that it was just clips of a new playing the game.

Okay.

But why? You are the only one to call it a movie. I'm just trying to make sense of what it meant is all.

I think it doesn't need a plot. It represents a new player to Blockland without the use of context. I loved it.

In what way? I don't see any realistic representation of a new player to Blockland except maybe the the topic at the end.

Colten is the noob and this topic is the video

Bam

Great quality.

Also, how did you make the last part with the forums?

In what way? I don't see any realistic representation of a new player to Blockland except maybe the the topic at the end.
It's unrealistic because of how unfriendly we are.
Now, let's think. How many movies take place where the characters involved are nicer than is normal? I was a moron for a very long time, but I'm pretty well accepted now as just the butthurt grammar guy in off-topic. I think that this is just like a slideshow of different moments in the experience of the Blockhead; introducing him/herself, having good times fighting and becoming better, and finally becoming a possibly a little renowned, if not just seen in a positive light.

Hmm okay I can understand that.
