This is the major problem. People keep complaining about not having anything fun new or creative, but don't give any ideas, or make anything themselves.
That's because nobody joins the fun/creative servers.
It creates a feedback loop of players quitting
The host shuts it down and the players/host don't join any server at all, so the players quit.
