Can someone host a farm RP/Tycoon/Simulator

I remember someone hosted a Farm Tycoon or well some people call them RPs,simulators,ect, I remember some guy called Waldo hosted it and then he never hosted it again, he used vce for it, It would be good to have a server that isn't a

A Tycoon is a nice idea, not many people have got such a thing to work, but it's something everyone would like to see.
