There is a script to ban multiple ID's as I've seen it in game before.

have another look at the console log, the numbers go up

So unless he copy and pasted over 2000 bans and then manually adjusted the numbers to increase by 1 each time, i seriously doubt your theory

And yeah, as pablo said, there are scripts to be able to do this, Mr. LoL very well may have one.

You could have edited the log beforehand.
