Project coding help?

I'm working on a project called ("CommandHotSpot")
Its supose to be a didicated servers CMD/console that you can control from a Iphone, Ipod touch, Ipad or even another Computer, basiclly anything suporting SSH. So what I was think of is 1. hosting a SSH server wich I need help on because I don't know how to host one.
2. Getting a app on Appstore that has SSH, I've found some that act like CMD's you need 99cents to pay for the app.
3. I need Coders to Help me set up a script like a (server chatbot) Were I can activate it and when I have internet like at starbucks or mcdonalds some were and I can access it and tell it what to do as in (command)=(Ban <playername> <reason>)=(kick <playername>) and other commands!

I have done this using telnet protocol, it's easier as you can create a basic setup using TCPObjects. Not sure of the mechanics of SSH though.
