I'm not sure, I've seen the server download at 2 MB/s (not mbps) before. The VPS should be in a data center, so I imagine it has a similar upload speed.

it's basically warring factions, i get that. the thing is i'm pretty sure i know this community well enough, and i don't think that all of us would be very organized, more like small groups of us running around and doing the stuff we feel like doing. i still think it would be fun, if we could get far away enough from spawn we could actually do something. also, we could have a bunch of people distract the killers and have a runner start the faction way out in the distance. he could do a /f sethome and invite us to the faction, where we could teleport to.
