Perhaps but that wouldn't prevent Badspot from changing the theme. There are thousands of free SMF themes. besides it's not like he's poor or anything. Even if a theme did cost money he would be more than capable of affording it.

i like the way the forum looks now alot better. more clean and professional, plus not all that googly text you see in the image that makes it look somewhat silly

I mean, only implementing a visual improvement would be pretty shallow given... you know. :cookieMonster:
