Does anyone know where I can download cs_militia for gmod?

I'm doing a school project in garry's mod (really) and for it to work I need a friend with good internet and a good computer but no CS:S to host a multiplayer server. I looked on google to see if I could find a download but I couldn't.
If there is no place on the internet I can find it, can someone else use GCFscape and extract the files?
I run OSX so I can't use GCFscape

if you buy CSS you get all of its maps for Gmod
otherwise, have you tried garrysmod.org?

Is it legal to take a map from a game you have to buy and upload it somewhere where it can be downloaded for free?

well, Valve seems to encourage modding and stuff, so I assume they wouldn't care
not sure though, if it's illegal I'd like to take that back just incase
it's like $20 anyway, I'd just buy it

I have CS:S, the friend who needs to host only has gmod. I'm sure it's perfectly legal to put a map into gmod because people have done css content packs with the models.
