You know, not everyone in the world is good with english, me for example, back in 2009 - 2010, my english was horrible? Why? I am a Brazilian, I never spoke english before and I tried my best
He can be bad at english, but it's not his fault, I think his main language is not english, that's why he have a bad grammar, atleast he is trying

More importantly will it work for Treynold's Trams.
Then again I think the Train tracks for the trams would look allot more how a high speed subway track looks like.

He speaks sign language, it does not translate well to text.
