cursor broken and black bar.

My cursor looks like this: <|> and if i jet it takes me to my desktop. I cant play blockland at all becuase of this and also a black bar apperad out of no where. I dont know what ive done but does anyone know how to git rid of the <|> curssor

Why would I do this? It hasn't got anything to do with the addons and reinstalling...

It could be a simple error with the game.
Just move your addons somewhere else, and reinstall BL.
