Not sure what reinstalling would do... But anyway just try taking all of your add-ons out of the Add-ons folder and see if it still happens. |

Ok so I had a look on google images about windows 7 cursors (I have windows 7) and I think it's the cursor that says: Aero and looks like this <->. |
