Read the OP. He's verified his internets n stuff.
Anyway, get a new computer or something. Seems like there's a problem with your computer. Or just format your HD and start all over again.

guys, in the launcher.log smile posted has this in at the end:

all he has to do is see if latestmanifest.dat is there, or if it dosent have read-only
if that dosent work then
