It's pretty good, I've bought stuff off them before and their catalogue is being regularly updated with new titles, they also offer the OST and some artwork with most games they sell

Fallout 1 and 2 are 110% more brutal than Fallout 3 and New Vegas. You could be playing on easy mode and it's still harder than Very Hard mode on Fallout 3.
