At this point I would like to describe the Vegecalimari.

It is a relatively small creature, with a beak and a squid head with large, black eyes. It has leathery, pinkish-beige skin. It has short legs and no tentacles (yet.).

Vegecalimari peeks out of his sand hole, seeing the Caninus walk away. He cautiously returns to the shallows, hunting.

Caninus pack Alpha feeds upon the prey brought back by the Caninus Hunter. Other Caninus hunters have also brought back prey, everybody feeds, offspring is produced.

Finds food, returns to nest. Has hot love with other Vegecalimari.
