Furthermore as such he shall pay a royalty fine of 200 pounds as a penalty of treason against higher authority such in which shall be further instructed along with a fine leather belt being slapped across their face with the tune of Le Ordinado playing a swooning melody rapturing your ears renderless so that you can never hear someone lie or tell truth, as for then on you shall be considered a liability. The fine of which shall be recieved in several methods, that of which include the following
* Sending the money to a local Blockland Department
* Reccomending 10 people whom you love to be hanged for such treason
* Sale of high quality shoes
* Direct pay via bank of the north
