I think it was more of guilty by association, I'm pretty sure all of you know that rockettt was using flymod, and by not reporting it, it ruined gameplay for everyone. So I guess the entire goonsquad was banned for secondhand hacking.
Doesn't mean you guys shouldn't get a second chance, and the fact Kira boy himself didn't actually hack so..
