I found eski at my place!

So you're saying that 2k keys that could be bought at any time mean the player has been in the community for some time?

If the 2k keys were bought via a third-party, which they were, then surely they were also bought in numerical order?
ID 2000 first and 2999 last?
So ID 2190 is still an early ID, likely sold quite a while ago. I'm pretty sure that it's an old one. Not as old as a 3k ID, perhaps, but still not a brand new one.
