Most likely because it will have a large affect on the game. We might even need to download a different launcher after this update. This is adding a new lighting system, and removing large parts of the game. I'm not sure if whatever is being changed can simply be updated with the launcher. Still, it's going to change a lot, so it would be easily defined as v21. |
