Basically, it's misconstrueing (FUUUU) the original person's comment, and that's considered spam of some sort, or stupidity. Maybe even trolling because he said "I'd be banned having fun." I really wouldn't know because, I probably haven't stressed this enough, Ephi or Badspot or Kompressor or even Rotondo need to UPDATE THE RULES, or at least get together to do so. A lot of people wouldn't know some rules until they got banned for it.

The "I'd be banned having fun" comment was referring to how stupid it would be if he was banned for that because it was completely harmless.
