Can anyone say noise pollution? This would be a weapon of mass destruction for any noobs who like annoying people to death. It would still be pretty cool though.

If its client side only why not just open up a music player?

Maybe just have it play to anyone who is in the vehicle? Wouldn't be as cool since you couldn't roll down the street blasting your tunes(:cookieMonster:), but it would still be sufficient.
