Its not that, its because he ONLY posted "forget. Off".
So the whole point in the post was to tell someone to forget off, therefore kinda insulting them.
Thats what the no-flame rule is for. If the only reason you posted was to insult someone then it counts as flaming.
But the insult was a bit eh, so its a 50/50 thing.
He kinda insulted him, he didn't necessarily say "forget YOU" but he said "forget, Off"
So I guess its not ban worthy.
