Either that or its marinara sauce. Should I be at all worried or is it just some brown town tearing or something idk

I don't have any health problems (that I'm aware of) and haven't stuck anything up there so that area is clear

It depends on where that blood came from. If it's a deep enough cut or tear it could become infected.

Was the blood dark red, or bright red?
