They added a Support option in the menu when you press Escape. http://i.imgur.com/JkKLt.png
They restructured how the Graphical settings are laid out and have a preset dropdown menu now.
UI scaling works again, at least going from normal to small works right now.
Audio options got restructured as well.
There's now a sound quality slider.
