Why is one of the hat plume options a pot leaf?

It's supposed to be a septiplume (which apparently doesn't actualy exist) and unless it's ment to be a subtle joke to weed the number of plumes on a septiplume is 7, (because septi).

why do you even need a reason about why it's in the game? it's an accessory, there doesn't have to be a reason for it.
