What ever happened to working for admin?

But you still need to become friends with the owner and be buddy enough to get admin, that is still more than posting a sentence about how awesome you are.

i dont understand the power trip of being admin on someone elses server.

I don't do that dumb admin application stuff on my server. All of my admins have earned it by building, and enforcing rules for me. I would never give someone I barely know admin because they fill out a nice application.
