What ever happened to working for admin?

For me at some point I crossed some magical threshold where my ID was considered "really old" and some admins will instantly admin me when I join or build something better than a boxy "huose" thing. Honestly it's more annoying than anything because I feel like I am obligated to stay in the server and help out the host.

I admin people I know and trust. I also admin people when I have to go afk and have no admins. I usually try to pick someone who isn't handicapped.
