That's because people want players, but are too lazy to moderate them well. So, they end up admining people just for the basical hell of it. Most of the time it bites them inn the ass. I do admit when I was in my newb days, I did it.

I never give people super admin.
I don't like people loving with my server settings.
Admin is good enough in my opinion.

I would only give someone super admin under very special circumstances.
