As I said in the other topic, you should not make it a box, make it more creative, and the resident spaces should not be so small, even if you make a 64x128 space for a "block", and fill it up just for 32x32 lot space, it still would be better.

And I Repeat, Stop Talking Like This For forget Sakes.

Referring to leetzero's post seriously, layout is everything in a city rp.  This image is not to be used EXACT for your layout but consider that layouts don't have to be square and not everything has to be elaborate but in my suburbful rp we strive more for detail and gameplay rather than some empty squares in a box map.

my city was based entirely on a grid system and it developed beautifully.

the only thing this city needs is actual, realistic roads, and a levelled landscape.
