Is seagull boulevard a beach type zone? I think it would be really cool to have a beach area.

Could help extend RP by allowing items to "wash up". Wonder what Kniaz thinks.
Then again, I kind of like the idea that Bluzone is lost in the middle of land somewhere. No escape or oasis, totally surrounded by hell. :P
