"This Guy" staying on top of the playerlist by putting in a fake playercount. Pretty self-explanatory.

I don't know why you'd want to make your server seem full if you wanted players.

Like if I look at York's it will say 0 players but York will be on it.

I think it was because someone has like 100+ fake players on their server. Not sure about smaller amounts though.

blatantly obvious pooping on the master server is what he doesn't like.
